Lease Account Clerk

Looking for someone to provide clerical support, administrative and customer service support to the lease department. Enter a variety of information into the computer, process titles and other documentation. Provide basic customer relations to lease representatives.
Pay Rate: $12-$14 per hour or depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time: Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm
- Enter vehicle information(make, model, mileage, vehicle id, title information, previous owner) into computer system.
- Generate accurate sale invoices on all consigned vehicle from information submitted by lease companies. Weekly volumes of sold vehicles ranges from 300-500.
- Process all paperwork (match up forms and invoices, file documents, etc.) pertaining to individual vehicles.
- Enter Charges for vehicle services, (towing charges, body work, replacement parts, car washes, ect) into computer system to ensure proper deduction of payments due the at time of vehicle sale.
- Assign lot numbers to all vehicles entered in sale day to ensure proper identification and matching of paperwork to appropriate vehicle.
- Notarize appropriate paperwork when needed.
- Run Yard tickets and block sheets for yard crew to ensure proper lot number identification on vehicles to coincide with computer. Run inventory reports.
- Communication is key to excellent customer service!
- Communicate issues and paperwork to clients by phone, fax or email.
- Follow up with missing paperwork if need be.
- Double check and match all paperwork for sold vehicles to ensure proper charges are deducted.
- Maintain sold vehicle documentation for future inventory information.
Must pass a Criminal Background check, MVR Check, Drug Test.
